Hey Everyone - Thankyou for taking the time to visit our Website. 

I have put this page together to give you a background about me and the company. 

My name is Leanne Wainwright and i am 31 years old, i am married to David and we have 2 children James 4 and Jessica 1.

I started working in the Finance Sector when i was just 21 years old. My first job was in Credit Control, i enjoyed it very much. I would get a huge sense of achievement when overdue debt would hit the bank and i knew that it was because of me. I have always been very confident with people over the phone and have always been very good at quickly building up a relationship with the person on the other side of the phone. I continued to work in Credit Control whilst i completed my AAT qualification. 

I completed my AAT qualification 2014 and decided this would be a great opportunity for me to move on in my career. I then applied for a job as a Finance Manager working for a medium sized business. I was accepted for the position and spent the next 5 years controlling all of their Finances. I would complete and oversea all areas of the Finance Department, these would include , Bookkeeping / VAT / Payroll / Credit Control / Purchase ledger and much more. I implemented many systems and processes to the business and very much enjoyed the control aspect of the Finances.

A couple of years after the birth of my first child James I then again felt like i needed to learn something new, I then moved into a local Accountancy Practice whilst still keeping my Finance Manager Role. I knew from this i would expand my knowledge considerably. Whilst working there i was able to see a large variety of business sectors and how they worked.  l saw the mistakes that businesses made and flip side to this how businesses succeeded.

After 3 years and after the birth of my second Child Jessica, i realised that my goal in life was to help businsses grow! Let the Businesses do what they do best , bringing in Revenue and letting L&J's Passion for Finances do what we do best ... Saving Time & Money!

I set up my business this year and already we are ahead of our goals that we set out to achieve in the first 12 months... I strongly believe that this is because of the passion that is installed in me. I know what its like to own a business , i understand how important it is to have someone that you can call upon for advice and i can fully appreciate the stressfulness of not being on top with your Accounts.
